I dont know if my Nsr250 pgm3 se is restricted or not, i checked pgm unit its seems untouched

So my question is what a restricted nsr250 look like, how fast does it go ?
From various movie on internet i could say that 1gear 60km/h 2nd 110km/h 3. 140 4. 160 .....

Is restriction only affect max speed or acceleration?
