Making progress today...

We openned the rear mouth from Ducati Stock to 51.5mm
We opened the front of the mouth where the 45 degree tapered spacer sits to 46mm
We added an Alu Bushing so we may push the wheel out up to 10mm, We will do proper fitment and revert back
We are making a 10mm Spacer with 10mm long press in pin sleeves so when we install the wheel its as one unit and nothing breaks under heavy acceleration. Will find 10.9/12.9 bolts to secure it all together and then dash in the red loctite.

The spacer will have an OD of 120 and we will cut out slots for the nuts that hold the rear disc in place.

Pictures to follow next week...

NSR250R wheel is 4.5" wide, the Ducati is 5.5

Taking the measurement from the outer lip to the hub the Ducati is deeper by 16mm, Will remeasure next week and post my findings.

All my findings are very large for its always easy to go smaller and not so easy too go larger. I will mock up everything on the bike and then make all needed alterations. I hope to be around 4-8mm by the time i am really finished
