Another annoying problem!

This nsr 250 mc21 seems to be the bane of my life , when I got the bike every thing seemed to work fine I.e when you turned the key the servo primed up ok ! I am in the process of giving the engine a dam good clean along with All the bits you don't see
I've taken most things off and cleaned them up done a few repairs along the way i.e. Repaired a couple of shreaded wires in the loom just below the clocks were they plug together through the clock mounting bracket also removed the PGM to dry clean
Servo casing lifted out so I could oil up and lube all the cables , everything went back together 100%
But now when I turn the key the servo does not prime ?
It starts and runs but no response from the servo , I've been through it with a fine tooth comb trying to find out why servo isn't working when it did previously did , I can get a live feed through one wire where it plugs in to servo , but servo seems dead
Really don't no what else to try
Any ideas will be greatfully received cheers guys!
