We had an MC21 bought in to us last summer running poorly. The carbs on that had already been checked too...







Also had an MC28 in that a "2-stroke specialist" had struggled to set up. We found one main jet loose, and the other rolling around in the float bowl!

I'd do the easy thing first, and pull the carbs off. A 10 minute job on an MC21. Hopefully it's nothing as sinister as a crank seal.
